Access to Property Customers are responsible for providing access to the property on the scheduled cleaning date. If our staff is unable to enter the premises, a lockout fee may apply. Please ensure alarms are deactivated or codes are shared securely. 9. Safety & Sanitization Our staff follows strict professional sanitization protocols. We ask that customers notify us of any specific health concerns or delicate surfaces that require special handling prior to the start of the service. 10. Cancellation Policy We request a 48-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24-hours notice may incur a cancellation fee to compensate our staff for the lost time window. We, Just Want It Cleaned LLC, reserve the right to decline service to any client at our discretion, for any reason.
